The service is experiencing intermittent issues

As of Friday, May 25, 7:20am PST:

Customers using our USA multi-tenant data center are experiencing unexpected downtime. This affects certain premium accounts as well as all free communities.

We are working hard to resolve the issue quickly. Please continue to check back for updates. We will be back up shortly.

Customers using Dedicated Cloud versions in the USA may also be experiencing downtime. Please check back soon for updates.
